Rush Service
Our most popular service is our "rush service". It is an on demand, called in delivery that arrives to it's destination within 60 to 90 minutes of when it is called in to our customer service reps. Our trained professionals have been handling these urgent deliveries for almost 20 years. We know what the customer needs!
Less than one hour
If you are really in a jam and want to try to get there in less than an hour. Just request our "less than one hour" service. And our knowledgeable customer service reps with immediately check with the dispatchers to see if they have a courier that can re tasked to fill your need.
Three hour Service
If your item is not in a big rush to arrive, we have a more economical "three hour" service. It will arrive within three hours of the time it is called in to our customer service reps. This is a great way to save money and still get the same Metro quality service our clients have come to expect.
Out of Town Service
When you need something same day and right away to another city, Metro's "out of town" service is for you. Whether that be to Dayton or Chicago we can do it. Such deliveries are priced on a per mile basis and an approximate time of delivery can be given within just a few minutes of your call. No need to send one of you valuable staff members out of town with that important delivery. Give us a try!
Schedule Service
If you have something that is run every day, every other day or once a week, you can utilize our "schedule service" to save money and time. We can set up a set time to pickup your delivery and save you from calling every time it needs run. That is truly worry free service!
After hours Service
When you just can't get something done in a nine to five world, our "after hours" service will work for you. Just call during normal business hours and we can arrange to have a courier take care of your after hours delivery 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Metro is there for you!
